It took 20 minutes to assemble the tent and 20 minutes after that I was taking my first sauna in my apartment. It takes up about 5 ft.² of floor space super easy to assemble and it was so easy to understand the controls on the steam pot which steams in 10 minutes. It’s easy to adjust time & temperature with the remote control and has 9 temperature settings.. after your finished just just wipe down the waterproof tent. This was a great buy at a great price And I recommended it to all family and friends

The sauna was very easy and quick to set up. I try It one time and produces steam very quickly. The skin feels healthier and my muscles do not ache after my hardwork. It is a great value for the money and easy to assemble and very portable.

I was skeptical at first. Would it even work?… the answer is yes!!! A resounding yes!!!… it get hot enough to almost burn your your nose as you breath.. I am very happy with my purchase….. I’ve seen saunas reviewed for twice as much that do not work as well. Set up easy manual has no instructions for building but you figure it out real quick. The longest polls all connect together for the walls, the short ones assemble at the top and bottom to make the roof and floor. Worth every penny.

Small and compact, this is exactly what we need for our guest bath. My wife and I have used it a few times and it is relatively easy to set up and maintain. Love that we can take this out and store whenever guests come. Perfect!

LOVE this sauna! I was doubtful if it would get as hot as I wanted since I’m used to infrared saunas, but it definitely does. The top setting is 140 degrees.
I set it up for the first time in about 30 minutes, I haven’t unassembled it, it just lives in my kitchen.
It heats up in about 15 minutes, then you just have to unzip and get in as quickly as possible to not let much steam escape. But even if you do let steam out, it doesn’t take too long to fill back up.

I like propping my phone up on a table by the sauna and listening to podcasts or watching shows (you do have to wipe the steam to be able to see outside, but that’s no problem).

It’s just the best to hop in after a run, especially because of the little foot massager it came with. Overall a wonderful purchase! Only negative is that my dogs keep staring in at me wondering why I’m cooking myself, but that’s a them problem lol

Heat it up for ten minutes and 35 minutes later I'm a sweaty, relaxed man! The space is spacious and comfortable. If you haven't had a steam bath in a while, you should get this. Especially in the winter as it will chase away the worst of the cold and greatly reduce the tension in your body. I have to say, I'm really impressed! Definitely worth the investment. This is undoubtedly one of the best purchases I've made in a long time and is definitely good value for money. I give it a full five stars!

We set this up in our gym for after workouts. Was debating on an IR dry sauna but went with this steam one and added an IR/red light to the outside for protection. The 2 together work fantastic. I set it on level 12 and it steams up within 10 minutes and keep it there during 15 minute session for a great sweat. Overall very satisfied.

This is a wonderful buy! It was super easy to assemble and move. We have used it several times and absolutely love it! You will sweat, the steam is amazing. It does take about ten minutes to warm up, but we have ours set up on a back muddroom type of porch. If this were in an indoor room of your home would probably warm up much faster. Same quality as the gym but comfort and privacy of being at home. We can fit two people in ours, tons of room for one person. You can sit or stand. The chair that comes with it is pretty great as well. Amazing value for the costs.
