Great Results

My boyfriend is 5’11” and 250 lbs. It’s a little snug but he fits in this. He loves it for after workouts. He says he can feel real benefits from using it. Worth the price for sure!

Love

I love this in the cooler months but is hard to keep cool in the summer. Need something to make large ice cubes to place in container

Easy to use and clean

I fill with the hose and add a small gas-station bag of ice. Takes temp down to 58 degrees and with the cover keeps temp there for at least 30 minutes. I stay in 15 minutes and water starts to feel good after a minute or two. Great way to rinse and cool after workout or yard work.

I clean with sponge and a small amount of dishwashing liquid before each use. Easy to clean.

good budget option

I used mine for a couple months now and have enjoyed using it. Size wise its on the smaller size but if you curl your knees to your chest then I am able to get my shoulders underwater as well. As with most of the inflatable cold plunges this doesn't stay cold for very long but unless you're spending significantly more money this is to be expected. Mine has developed a slow leak recently so I will be replacing this soon with something more permanent. If you are curious about cold plunging and want to get your feet wet without spending thousands of dollars then something like this is a good option, if you already enjoy cold plunges and are looking for something more permanent then IMO i would opt for a rigid structure with more insulation, otherwise this a great option for beginners

Worth Every Penny!

We purchased this back in December. We have used it every single day since. We live in the north so it’s rather cold! Despite the air being cold and the water sometimes getting a thin layer of ice…we do it every day. Why? Because of noticeable changes. My joint pain has improved, sleep has improved…and it’s just an amazing way to start my day. I will say, I didn’t feel different upfront, but after 3-4 weeks I felt the changes. It’s very sturdy. It’s easy to clean and drain. No problems with leaks, but we don’t drag it all over. One spot. Love it.
